We received a clean bill of health following our annual ISO 9001 audit last Friday. Being an ISO 9001 approved company is almost essential for any organisation wishing to conduct business with other companies. Having this ongoing approval gives us (and our customers) the reassurance that we are doing things correctly and following our internal procedures.
Audits can be a nerve-racking time, even when you know you are doing things correctly and following all your procedures in order to make sure the gets the product they expect. We always play by the book and by our own rules as this is the only sleep easy option, especially working in some of the high-tech, mission critical areas we are involved in.
We will continually work to improve our business, striving to be better and to improve the way we work to benefit us and our customers.
