From our base at the almost geographical centre of the UK, the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) in Catcliffe, Rotherham, our team of enthusiastic engineers provide a wide range of design, machining and engineering services to an ever growing number of companies from a wide range of industry sectors. We are always excited to help new partners enhance their products and accelerate their ideas into full-scale production.
The range of services include CAD design, CNC machining, CNC precision turning. Our design services utilise CAD/CAM which links well into our CNC machining services in the form of CNC milling and turning. In addition to the problem-solving role we undertake through provision of these design and engineering services we also undertake mechanical test piece manufacture.
In addition to the manufacture of mechanical test pieces we have many years’ experience in the design and supervision of mechanical test programs as well as being able to provide metallurgical consultancy. These services are provided to a number of high-technology companies in the local area and beyond.
We also provide precision sawing services for the cutting of the full range of metallic materials from low alloy and carbon steels, aluminium alloys right through to ultra-high-strength steels, nickel and titanium alloys. Our metallurgists have an extensive knowledge of metal processing from casting through forging and rolling to heat treatment and testing both mechanical and non-destructive.
